Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery

The Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) will be administered to interested Sophomores through Seniors at Stoughton High School on Tuesday, February 5th, 2019 at 7:35am in room A307. There are 70 seats available. First come first served.

The ASVAB is a free multiple choice aptitude assessment sponsored by Stoughton High School Counseling.

The ASVAB measures developed abilities and helps predict future academic and occupational success. The ASVAB tests are designed to measure aptitudes in four domains: Verbal, Math, Science and Technical, and Spatial. Students interested in identifying their skills and strengths and how they relate to future careers are
encouraged to sign up for the ASVAB.

Sign up with your school counselor or Ms. Ward at the front desk in the School Counseling Office. If you are a Senior and planning to enter into the military, the ASVAB will provide your entrance exam score. All students who take the ASVAB, ELECT whether or not they would like to be contacted by a recruiter/share their scores with the military.
